Official Symbols

In accordance with Regional Law No. 74-oz (74-оз) “On official symbols of the Leningrad Region” dated 31.12.1997, the coat of arms and flag of the Leningrad Region are the main symbols of state authority, reflecting the socio-historical and state-legal status of the Leningrad Region as a constituent entity of the Russian Federation.
